MISSION STATEMENT WERFEN GROUP QA/RA DEPARTMENTS
Our mission is to achieve nothing less than “World Class” Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Systems, assuring cooperative support among the Werfen Group members. This achievement will be benchmarked through “Best Practices” in Regulatory Compliance, Continuous Improvement, Harmonized Quality and Regulatory Systems, and Environmental Management. We will leverage Werfen Group infrastructures when possible. These measures support the Global Medical Device supply from our individual companies by forming a strong foundation for the key requirements of customer satisfaction, innovative and effective patient diagnosis and monitoring, and reliable products and services. Within the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs disciplines, the above measures are fully complementary to the Werfen Group Quality Policy, which states that we will “contribute to the progress in society by improving quality of life through technological progress.”
